Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within:

  • 3–7 business days depending on your location

  • Remote or non‑metro areas may take additional time

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier or external factors beyond our control.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are only aplicable for international shipments and they  are calculated and displayed at checkout

  • Any promotional or free‑shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the website

We work with trusted third‑party courier and logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders.

  • DHEETH is not responsible for delays or non‑delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details

  • In case of failed delivery attempts, re‑shipping charges (if any) will be borne by the customer

7. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be tampered with:

  • Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos or an unboxing video if possible

This helps us resolve the issue quickly with our shipping partners.

In India, we deliver free of cost but for international orders extra fare may be charged.
