Refund Policy

At DHEETH, we put care into every drop. Since our products are released in limited quantities, we follow a clear and fair refund and return policy outlined below.

1. Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged or defective product

  • You received an incorrect product (wrong item or size)

To be eligible for a return:

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact

To request a return, please contact us with:

  • Your order ID

  • Clear photos or a short video of the issue

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Size issues or change of mind

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Products damaged due to improper use or washing

  • Sale or discounted items (unless damaged or incorrect)

We recommend checking the size chart carefully before placing your order.

3. Refunds

If your return request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days after the returned item passes quality inspection

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

Please note that it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your bank account depending on your payment provider.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges due to limited inventory and drop-based releases.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled

To request a cancellation, contact us immediately after placing your order.

6. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged:

  • Please do not accept the delivery, or

  • Record an unboxing video if possible

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

This helps us resolve issues faster with our shipping partners.
